2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that personal data of a minor has been collected, we will take steps to delete it.

Profile location (such as city or country), which is required during account creation and is used to support discovery, collaboration, and matching between professionals on the Platform.
Device-based location access (such as GPS) is optional and not required to use the Platform’s core features. Where location data is used for new purposes, additional notice or consent will be provided as required by applicable law.
b. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Platform, we automatically collect:
Usage data (interactions, searches, features used)
Technical data (IP address, device type, operating system, log data)
Approximate location data derived from IP address, used for regional discovery, service availability, analytics related to platform performance, and platform optimization.
We may collect persistent identifiers and technical signals provided by the operating system or our analytics infrastructure to support essential functions such as analytics, security, fraud prevention, and platform integrity. These identifiers are not used for advertising, ad personalization, or cross-app tracking.

Yoon uses automated systems and AI-assisted tools to support search ranking, matching, profile scoring, and collaborator recommendations.
These systems provide assistive and informational suggestions only.
They do not make binding decisions, employment determinations, or guarantee outcomes.
Users remain responsible for all professional and collaboration decisions.
AI systems may influence how information is ordered or presented, but they do not determine access to work or participation on the Platform.
9. Communications
We may send you:
Transactional and service-related communications
Product updates and feature announcements
Marketing communications and newsletters
Referral invitations
You may opt out of marketing and non-essential communications at any time while retaining access to your account.
10. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments for paid features on the Platform are processed by third-party platforms, including the Apple App Store and Google Play, and their authorized service providers. We do not store payment card details and receive only limited information necessary to confirm purchase or access status. Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or app store policies.
11. Online Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, analyze performance, and improve user experience. Where required by law, consent for non-essential cookies or tracking technologies is obtained through a cookie banner (web) or device-level settings (mobile). On mobile devices, similar technologies may include SDK-based analytics tools.
